YES stands for Youth Empowerment Programme by Sweetdale and is a learning for life programme for young people. It consist of 5 sequential camps stretching over 3-4 years in total. While meeting new people from different backgrounds, they begin to form a life-long habit of community involvement paired with great enjoyment. This will significantly improve the young people's employability as they begin to learn vocational skills right at the first camp.
